In this role, you'll serve as a resource for employees and business partners, helping answer HR-related questions, maintain critical employee data, support onboarding and leave administration, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, payroll, HR systems, and other HR-related matters.
  • Maintain and audit employee information within HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Support onboarding activities, including new hire preparation.
  • Assist with leave administration, workers' compensation, and unemployment claims.
  • Generate reports and provide administrative and analytical support to HR programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, recognition activities, charitable campaigns, and other culture-focused events.
  • Assist in creating and distributing HR communications related to benefits, policies, onboarding, and employee programs.

Qualifications

  • Must have previous Human Resources or employee support experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required, in a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
