As a member of the Workforce Enablement Product leadership team, the IT Director – AI Enablement is responsible for shaping how Enterprise Mobility evaluates, enables, and applies AI capabilities across the organization. This role connects business priorities, technology capabilities, governance practices, and organizational readiness to help the company effectively leverage AI to solve business challenges and unlock new opportunities.
Working across business, technology, and corporate functions, this leader will establish the frameworks, standards, and partnerships needed to guide how AI is evaluated, prioritized, and applied across the enterprise.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For:
AI Strategy & Operating Model
Define and evolve Enterprise Mobility's AI strategy, operating model, and investment priorities. Establish decision-making frameworks that guide how AI opportunities are evaluated, prioritized, and scaled across the enterprise.
AI Center of Excellence Leadership
Establish and mature the AI Center of Excellence as the enterprise resource for AI standards, best practices, governance coordination, and organizational enablement. Create scalable frameworks that help business teams evaluate, prioritize, and apply AI capabilities in support of business objectives.
AI Adoption & Organizational Enablement
Drive enterprise AI literacy, workforce readiness, and adoption efforts. Help business teams identify high-value use cases and successfully incorporate AI into business processes while fostering a culture of learning, experimentation, and innovation.
Responsible AI & Governance Partnership
Partner with Security, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Data & Analytics, and Architecture leaders to establish policies and guardrails that support responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI.
Enterprise Influence & Strategic Partnerships
Build strong partnerships across business functions, Product organizations, Architecture, Engineering, Data & Analytics, and external technology partners. Lead through influence to align priorities, shape investments, and help business teams successfully incorporate AI capabilities into their strategies and operations.
Leadership & Capability Development
Develop and inspire future leaders, AI champions, and practitioners across the organization. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing while helping build the capabilities needed to support long-term AI success.
