The ARMS team has an exciting opportunity for an IT Business Analyst Senior to join the team! Here, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Global Product team, our business stakeholders, IT Management and software development teams to maintain and build new solutions to support future growth. The scope of your role includes developing, interpreting, reviewing, validating, documenting and maintaining business and functional requirements for our software applications. You will collaborate with the Product team and evaluate their requests to determine feasibility, research, identify and present options that best serve business needs. In addition, you will participate in all areas of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), including planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance/process improvement (retrospectives). • Translates business objectives into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and detailed technical specifications.

• Identifies potential problems that may arise with new or enhanced applications; communicates how problems will affect business; recommends solutions.
• Lead Agile ceremonies.
• Assist QA/QE with test execution scenarios and issues.
• Possesses broad knowledge of the IT environment and Enterprise’s lines of business.
• Exceptional problem-solving, logical thinking, and communication skills to interpret data and convey complex technical designs to various audiences.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field
