The Department Manager, IT Talent Acquisition is responsible for establishing and executing talent acquisition strategies that support Enterprise Mobility's technology workforce. This individual will provide leadership for recruiting operations, contingent workforce staffing, workforce planning initiatives, and vendor partnerships while ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring leaders, and the recruiting team.
Success in this role requires a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to influence leaders across the organization.
