As a Payroll Assistant, you'll be an essential part of a dedicated team responsible for supporting critical payroll processes and ensuring employees receive timely and accurate service. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in payroll operations, employment verification, garnishment administration, compliance-related tasks, and more. 

 

This position is located at our Enterprise Mobility Corporate Campus (500 Corporate Park Drive Clayton, MO).

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:

  • Support payroll operations by obtaining required signatures, distributing onsite checks, and maintaining accurate positive pay records
  • Monitor garnishment notifications through online systems and ensure information is reviewed and routed appropriately
  • Assist with garnishment administration, including processing documentation, maintaining secure records, and preparing employee correspondence related to voluntary contributions
  • Respond to employment verification requests from government agencies, third-party organizations, and internal partners, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Manage incoming department mail, including sorting, distributing, and prioritizing correspondence
  • Provide administrative support for payroll initiatives and contribute to special projects as assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and payroll information
  • Collaborate with payroll team members to support accurate, efficient, and compliant payroll processes

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must have a high school diploma/GED
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

 

Preferred:

  • 1+ year of administrative support and/or clerical accounting experience
  • Experience with Dayforce and Workday
  • Previous payroll related experience
  • Some college preferred
