As a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and an advocate for the employer brand, you will play an important role in strengthening how we connect with internal candidates and with talent around the world This includes bringing our unique culture to life through engaging and impactful careers storytelling across a wide variety of mediums and earned, owned and paid channels. You will also assist with supporting various other recruitment marketing strategies and projects globally to reach both passive and active job seekers.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:

  • Prioritize and fulfil recruitment marketing requests to support hiring needs across all brands and positions.
  • Support the development and delivery of impactful storytelling and content to be leveraged across a wide variety of channels to meet local and global hiring needs. This includes managing content creation—from ideation and identifying internal contributors to producing, coordinating photo/video shoots, reviewing, editing, and finalizing content. Will also help manage the content calendar to schedule and publish content across all appropriate channels.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of communications to support various recruitment marketing strategies, including employee advocacy, internal mobility, employee referral program, campus recruiting, etc. Includes close collaboration with communications colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
  • Provide end-to-end project management of recruitment marketing efforts, ensuring projects are successfully completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide community management support for the organization’s career specific social media channels.
  • Maintain employer profiles on job boards and review sites to ensure the organization is well positioned to reach potential candidates.
  • Ensure all creative comply with brand guidelines and legal requirements before use.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of recruitment marketing efforts to enhance effectiveness and inform future activity.
  • Organize and maintain systems for asset management, including digital asset ordering systems, photo and video archives, print and promotional item ordering sites, project request databases, and shared department drives.
  • Support the preparation and submission of award entries to elevate the organization’s position as an employer of choice by gathering content, coordinating inputs and ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Assist in supporting other recruitment marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Communications or Marketing preferred)
  • Must have 2+ years of communications, recruitment marketing, creative marketing, and/or marketing agency experience along with project management experience
  • Must have 1+ years editorial, copywriting, or journalistic writing experience 
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Preferred

  • Working knowledge of creative tools preferred (i.e. Figma, Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud products including Premiere Pro)
