Overview

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Maintenance Technician located at our Airport Service Center: 18809 Maplewood Ave Cleveland, OH 44135.

 

The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance, inspections, and repair support activities on vehicles across multiple manufacturer lines. This role supports vehicle readiness, maintenance quality, safety compliance, and efficient service operations through preventive maintenance services, repair documentation, inventory tracking, and adherence to established maintenance and safety standards. 

 

The starting pay for this position is $20 / hr.

Maintenance Technician Benefits:

  • $1 / hour increase per ASE Certification 
  • Opportunity to be promoted to Apprenticeship position after completing 2 ASE's

Schedule:

  • Sunday: 2:00pm-10:30pm
  • Monday: 1:00pm-9:30pm (30min Lunch)
  • Tuesday: :00pm-9:30pm (30min Lunch)
  • Wednesday: :00pm-9:30pm (30min Lunch)
  • Thursday: :00pm-9:30pm (30min Lunch)
  • Friday: OFF
  • Saturday: OFF

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:

  • Perform preventive maintenance services, light repairs, and replacement of wearable components to support vehicle reliability and operating performance, in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines
  • Document maintenance and repair activities and maintain parts and inventory records to support service accuracy and operational tracking
  • Verify vehicle readiness and service quality upon completion of maintenance activities to support safe and reliable vehicle operation
  • Process fleet preparation, fuel reclamation, and vehicle buyback activities as assigned to support fleet readiness and operational needs
  • Follow health, safety, environmental, and equipment standards to support a safe and compliant work environment
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas and service equipment to support workplace safety and maintenance efficiency
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or G.E.D is required
  • Must have previous field or academic mechanical experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing
