Overview

The Corporate Car Sales Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Corporate Inventory Team by helping ensure the right vehicles are available, priced competitively, and positioned for sale across the organization. This role coordinates vehicle acquisition, transportation, inventory management, and pricing activities while partnering with field teams and vendors to drive operational efficiency and support business objectives.

 

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, analyzing data, coordinating multiple priorities, and collaborating with teams across the organization to support vehicle inventory and sales operations.

 

This role is located at the Enterprise Mobility Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO and offers a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the purchase of vehicles, to include the review and pre-screening of available internal and external inventory
  • Coordinate the online vehicle acquisition process
  • Assist the Inventory Team with maintaining retail pricing on all inventory and database systems
  • Coordinate vehicle acquisition logistics with local groups and inventory managers, including purchases, transfers, locates and 2nd cycle units
  • Provide daily pricing recommendations for Daily Rental (DR) transfers where pricing is not yet assigned to the vehicle
  • Assist with gathering information for price requests on specific vehicle locates for customers, including DR transfers
  • Coordinate vehicle transportation with local groups and vehicles carriers based on an evaluation of time and cost
  • Troubleshoot potential vendor/group issues, including vehicle arbitrations, and conduct follow up calls
  • Coordinate customer invoicing and overall department billing and paperwork
  • Prepare reporting on current inventory and research available market inventory to provide the correct balance of existing units
  • Participate in conference calls with the field inventory, certification and operational leadership team to discuss trends, recommendations on process changes, and ensure proper branding standards
  • Perform weekly audits of the website to ensure brand compliance with online photos, equipment descriptions, and pricing
  • Create and maintain daily, weekly and monthly recurring reporting for operating groups

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have 2+ years of administrative support experience in a sales or professional office
  • Must have 1+ years of analytical or reporting experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
