Enterprise Mobility’s Corporate Aviation Department is seeking a Senior Aviation Maintenance Tech to join our world-class flight operation based at St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL).

The Senior Aviation Maintenance Technician serves as a key member of our flight operation, ensuring the safety, airworthiness, and reliability,  of our large cabin Gulfstream  aircraft. This role combines advanced technical expertise with significant autonomy and ownership, partnering closely with pilots, aviation leadership and senior corporate leaders to support a world-class travel experience.

Compensation decisions will be made based on factors that include, but are not limited to experience, education, location and skill level

Responsibilities

  • Exercise independent judgement in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and return-to-service decisions while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company standards
  • Perform airframe and engine maintenance, post flight inspections, discrepancy resolution and launch/recovery support  
  • Maintain the condition of the cabin interior, including troubleshooting cabin management systems and  satellite internet connectivity  
  • Oversee and audit aircraft records to ensure compliance with FAA regulations, Airworthiness Directives, and Service Bulletins  
  • Manage and document all maintenance actions utilizing CMP to ensure parts tracking, life-limited component updates, and warranty programs are optimized  
  • Serve as a point of contact for remote Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations, occasionally traveling with the aircraft or deploying to resolve technical issues worldwide  
  • Coordinate with Aircraft Service Centers for maintenance visits, maintain aircraft tooling, ground support equipment, and hangar safety protocols  
  • Provide cabin safety and technical support on certain flights and effectively communicate with passengers and flight crew.
  • Oversight of safe ground handling protocols, including aircraft towing, fueling activities performed by FBO partners, and hangar safety practices

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
  • 5+ years of experience as an Aviation technician
  • Ability to pass TSA secure airport badge screening
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Preferred:

  • Experience maintaining current in-production large cabin Gulfstream aircraft
  • FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) certification
