Overview

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity on our HRIS & Compensation team for a Senior HR Systems Analyst! 

 

This position will be responsible for collecting, documenting, analyzing, and translating business requirements into feasible Workday HR system solutions. This role conducts research, analysis, prototyping, testing, and demonstrations of features and functionality to stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet business requirements and objectives. In this role, you will partner with Legal, HR, Timekeeping, IT and other analysts in the team to drive collaborative system solutions. 

 

This role also involves managing and executing projects, including deployment of new release features, enhancements, process improvements, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards. Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills are critical to successfully navigating cross-functional priorities and drive effective outcomes. 

 

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO (600 Corporate Park Drive, Clayton, MO 63105)

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:

  • Research, analyze, troubleshoot, configure and test solutions for complex issues within an advanced HR system workstream, including overall system impact of proposed solutions (to other workstreams, downstream applications, integrations and end users) 
  • Configure system updates and enhancements by analyzing and testing (including regression testing); determine feasibility of system solution, and present recommendations and functionality to HR business partners and HR systems teams 
  • Develop, socialize and institute best practices and process improvements; create and maintain procedures and process documents based on system solutions, features, functionality or audits; train our internal customer support team on new or enhanced system functionality and provide information for expected Q&A 
  • Fully develop project plans which includes establishing roles and responsibilities, minor and major milestones, executing and managing small-to-large scale projects (i.e. internal production support fixes, minor or major release cycles, system enhancements or special HR system projects) 
  • Prepare content and facilitate stakeholder presentations (e.g. demos, playbacks, requirements gathering); meeting note taking, including action item lists with owners and due dates 
  • Serve as a project lead on special projects that sit outside of a system workstream that may include multiple systems and business partners 
  • Provide Tier 3 support for internal customer support team and technical integration owners on system or data issues that require in-depth research and analysis for interim or permanent solutions 
  • Develop training and demos with peer workstreams leads, for business partners, IT partners, and change management team; cross-train on other areas of support to serve as backup for other system workstream 
  • Serve as resource to team members and help troubleshooting complex issues outside of their workstream

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Must have two (2+) years of Workday configuration experience  
  • Must have four (4+) years of demonstrated experience leveraging analysis or technology to resolve business problems
  • Must have two (2+) years of project management experience (coordinating, leading, or managing projects) 
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
