The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Representative. The Administrative Representative will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers primarily via the phone, in addition to administrative support.

  • This position is a Full Time Temporary position (90 days) located in Metairie, LA  70002 working 40 hours a week Monday through Friday. 
  • The starting rate of pay is $18.00/hr based on a 40 hour workweek

 

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm 
    • This will be a temporary position lasting up to 90 days***

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:

  • Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, data entry, and organizing file systems to maintain productivity
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing 
  • Prepare reports, collect and organize data
  • Conduct special projects and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
  • Assist the department to retrieve, print, copy, distribute, file and ensure proper retention of reports and departmental paperwork
  • Maintain the filing system and reports in an accurate, systematic and timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all activities and records
  • Handle basic data entry.
  • Perform miscellaneous and backup job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
  • Must have at least 1 year of prior administrative support experience
  • Must have Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for tracking and reporting.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two chargeable moving violations or accidents within the last three years. 

  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI)  in past 5 years

  • Must be available to work a FT temporary 90 day assignment

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
