As we continue to build a team that drives us forward, Enterprise Mobility's Global Marketing Team is excited to announce the opening of a Digital Product Manager I! 

 

The Digital Product Manager I plays a key role in driving the strategy, development, and success of products within our Digital B2B product portfolio. This individual is responsible for managing their product(s) and related capability families, shaping the product roadmap, monitoring performance, and defining clear product requirements that align with business and marketing objectives.

 

From initial concept through design, build, launch, growth, ongoing enhancement, and eventual sunset, the Digital Product Manager ensures each product delivers measurable value and impact. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams, including MarTech, iX, IT, Brand, and Marketing, to bring solutions to life while aligning stakeholders around a shared vision.

 

The ideal candidate excels in collaboration and influence, bringing teams together to deliver meaningful outcomes. They serve as both the voice of the customer and the product subject matter expert, leveraging deep insight into user needs to guide decision making and maximize product success.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:

  • Thoroughly understand and advocate for solutions to customer's problems as well as marketing and company goals and objectives, representing that point of view on a day-to-day basis  
  • Own definition of the problem that is to be solved and the determination of its value within our digital products  
  • Develop vision and strategy of a family(ies) of Capabilities and/or portfolio of products, ensuring alignment with company strategies and goals and communicate them with relevant internal teams (including MarTech, iX, IT, Brand and other Marketing teams, and Senior Leadership)  
  • Collaborate with iX, Marketing leadership, and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product road map  
  • Own the selection and prioritization of product enhancements  
  • Ensure requests and appropriate feedback are seamlessly integrated into the product road map and development processes by playing a key role in development efforts including planning, refinement, user acceptance testing, retrospectives, sprints and scrums  
  • Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful completion within appropriate budget guidelines and project timeline on the implementation and launch of one or more digital product projects  
  • Develop and curate new ideas, determine which ideas will achieve critical objectives and should be promoted into features, and communicate the status back to stakeholders  
  • Understand and evaluate new and existing product specifications across a portfolio of products to ensure the scope of the current and future product(s) meets marketing and business objectives  
  • Confirm completion of product development and determine readiness for release/launch, ensuring delivery of well aligned, high value solutions through use of product life cycle and agile development methodologies  
  • Monitor key performance indicators for the product against industry leading benchmarks and other company and Marketing goals  
  • Identify needs by monitoring feedback from various listening tools, working with iX on usability testing, and collaborating with cross-functional business partners  
  • Stay abreast of technical and professional trends, including market and competitive conditions, and innovations to best serve digital products, Marketing and other company goals

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or other applicable field
  • Must have 4 years or more experience as a Product Owner or Manager, Technical Project Manager or Business Analyst 
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

 

Preferred:

  • Experience working in an Agile environment 
  • Experience working with Mobile Apps
