Enterprise Mobility’s Vehicle Operations Department is excited to announce an opportunity for a Temporary, Part-time Vehicle Operations Coordinator based out of Fort Myers at the 35FS location - 16006 Chamberlin Pkwy Fort Myers, FL 33913. The Vehicle Operations Coordinator is responsible for working with daily rental and vendors to assess and coordinate the repair needs of the fleet. The coordinator will provide support to vehicle repair leadership by facilitating administrative tasks related to maintenance and collision repair of Enterprise Mobility units.
This a Part-time, temporary (89-day) Vehicle Operations Coordinator position and reports to a Vehicle Operations Supervisor. The schedule available is Monday-Friday 8am-1pm with an anticipated start date in Mid-May.

• Coordinate vehicle movement to approved repair vendors
• Evaluate damage for multiple lines of business
• Open, review, negotiate and approve repairs according to manufacturer requirements and estimating guidelines
• Gather and evaluate details of the damage repair estimates and related documents and verify claim information matches estimates
• Evaluate maintenance repair order exceptions and initiate appropriate course of action in accordance with group guidelines and best practices
• Collaborate with Fleet, Remarketing, and other lines of business to coordinate vehicle movement to vending
• Facilitate the vending vehicles to third party mobile and collision vendors
• Communicate with collision shops and maintenance vendors in regard to status of in-shop vehicles
• Inspect vehicle repair quality upon completion
• Track issues, questions, suggestions on shop trends for management
