This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, which includes the ability to work from home, while also requiring to be in person as needed at our Lakeside and/or Clayton Corporate HQ campus locations in St. Louis, Missouri.
The Rental Billing department is responsible for the maintenance and management of the billing, commissions and invoicing software for customers who rent globally from Enterprise Mobility, including the software which transforms rentals from our Franchise Partners into Enterprise. This also includes maintaining and managing interfaces with internal applications to deliver electronic data to external organizations and customers. As an IT Lead Test Engineer, you will apply your technical expertise and analytical skills to solve complex business problems and ensure the delivery of high‑quality software. In this role, you will evaluate quality assurance requirements to define the scope of testing and ensure comprehensive coverage of system functionality. You will design, develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and test scripts that align with business and technical specifications.
Beyond ensuring software quality, you will also drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance testing processes, tools, and team productivity. Your leadership will help guide testing activities, promote best practices, and contribute to the overall success of project initiatives.
