Overview

The St. Louis Support Services Division for Enterprise Mobility currently has an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Sales Development Representative! 

 

The Seasonal Sales Development Representative plays a critical role in supporting new business growth within our Car Sales Division. This position will support our Car Sales Division by building new relationships within the mobility business platform, handling outbound communication, and guiding prospects down the sales funnel closer to purchase.    

 

This role will be located at our Maryland Heights office located at 2801 Ball Dr. Maryland Heights, MO. The schedule for this position is Monday – Saturday, with multiple shifts available and 2 days off a week.  This position will require working 40 hours per week. The hourly pay for this position is $18.99 / hour.

 

This position is a seasonal role scheduled from May 2026 through August 2026. 

 

This is a seasonal position and cannot exceed 180 days of service  

 

Enterprise Mobility’s Support Services teams are responsible for Global Call Center Operations, Replacement Rental Services Support, Information Management, Customer Service Metric Programs, North American Roadside Assistance, Sales Support, Mobility Development and Technical Support Helpdesks This team consists of over 4,000 customer service professionals, support staff and management around the globe in 15 different countries with 70+ million customer contacts handled annually.    

 

Responsibilities

  • Organize, validate, and qualify incoming Enterprise Mobility Car Sale leads, ensuring customers are effectively guided toward scheduling in‑dealership appointments 
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of car sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and progression through the sales cycle    
  • Manage responsiveness to prospects using established strategies to improve lead conversion   
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and partners on enhancing the overall effectiveness and operational efficiency of the Mobility Development team  
  • Present alternative solutions to objections and meet customer needs    
  • Analyze sales processes and workflows to identify and implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness  
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and practices including agreements and contracts, pricing, and loss prevention

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old  
  • Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience 
  • Must be available to work a seasonal position from May 2026 through August 2026 
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
