Overview

Enterprise Mobility’s Global Headquarters is seeking a driven and passionate intern to join our Summer 2026 Internship Program. You will work with our Corporate Communications department, where you will have the opportunity to support efforts to promote and protect Enterprise Mobility’s reputation as a global mobility leader and support overall business growth. Your work will include both internal and external communications support.

 

Program Highlights: 

  • Comprehensive Training: Interns begin with a structured onboarding and training program that covers core communication principles, business-specific initiatives, and best practices. This comprehensive training will be the foundation of a successful summer at Enterprise Mobility and beyond.  
  • Real Communications Experience: Interns will work alongside the Corporate Communications team and organizational leaders, playing a key role in preparing various internal and external messages used across both internal and external channels and platforms.  
  • Mentorship & Feedback: Each intern receives guidance, support, and regular feedback to foster growth and development throughout the program. 
  • Professional Development: Interns are expected to demonstrate professionalism in all interactions and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Time management skills are essential, as interns will be responsible for meeting deadlines and balancing multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

About the Role: 

Our internship with the Corporate Communications team is a hands-on, engaging program where you’ll gain real-world experience, learn new skills, and have fun while contributing to meaningful projects. You’ll receive coaching, mentorship, and plenty of opportunities to network and grow. As part of the global Corporate Communications team, you’ll see how we partner with business leaders. You’ll help with projects and special initiatives, share ideas and learn how strategies are developed to strengthen these partnerships.

Schedule:  

This 12-week internship will begin on May 18, 2026, and will conclude on August 7, 2026. The internship program is located on-site at our Global Headquarters at 500 Corporate Park Drive, Clayton, MO. You must be available to work a 40-hour work week for the entire 12 weeks, working Monday through Friday.     

 

Over the course of the 12-week internship experience, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Work with various internal and external stakeholders to develop messaging to be used across various channels and platforms.
  • Assist with media and interview requests.
  • Assist with targeted pitching efforts to generate news coverage about business initiatives or announcements.
  • Prepare internal news stories and communications to be featured across various internal channels.
  • Write, edit and proof various internal announcements, including email messages from leaders.
  • Assist with the development of PowerPoint presentations for cross-team projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop new ideas and content that meet the needs of business partners and the department.
  • Develop communications plans and create shareable content in support of global recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Must be a rising college senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in an applicable Bachelor’s degree program set to graduate between December 2026 – June 2027 
  • Must be pursuing a degree in Journalism, Marketing or Communications or related fields
  • Must be a resident of greater St. Louis, Missouri, for summer 2026 or be attending a St. Louis-based university 
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week from May 18 - August 7, 2026 
  • Must be 18 years of age or older 
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our organization for this position now or in the future
