Responsibilities

The Engineer job family is responsible for maintaining a deep, technical knowledge and thorough understanding of solution design, constraints and operational approaches. The Engineer job family develops  collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to build and implement technology solutions, as well as actively anticipates and solve problems during and after delivery.

 

  • Assist with development of reports and visualizations
  • Assist with managing ad-hoc reporting requests and database queries
  • Assist with applying user account security and privacy policies
  • Assist with documenting the business need and reviewing with the IT team members
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • Participate in acceptance testing to ensure client/user needs are met, as needed
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must currently reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IL (excludes Cook County), IA, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MO, NV, NM, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI
  • Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.
  • Must have successfully completed the 2025 Enterprise Mobility IT Internship Program.
  • Must have at least one year of relevant experience
  • Experience with SQL or database skills 

  • Experience with reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI OR strong Excel experience
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
