About the Role:

  • License and Title Experience - Interns will work alongside our License and Title (L&T) team members to gain L&T exposure and provide administrative support for client-owned or leased vehicle transitions. Interns will be responsible for preparing and reviewing titling documents to ensure compliance with state requirements, organizing and distributing registration documents to clients, as well as updating and maintaining L&T databases with accurate information.  
  • Peer Collaboration: Interns will work closely with one another to monitor and manage renewal, registration and titling paperwork collection and distribute completed documents and materials to appropriate contacts. Interns are empowered to create strategies and processes that align with both individual strengths and team dynamics, fostering a collaborative, hands-on learning environment.  
  • Mentorship & Feedback: Each intern is paired with a current License and Title supervisor as well as our trainers who provide guidance, support, and regular feedback to foster growth and development throughout the program. 
  • Professional Development: Interns are expected to demonstrate professionalism in all interactions and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Time management skills are essential, as interns will be responsible for meeting deadlines and balancing multiple assignments. 

This position will be reporting to our Fleet Operations center at 2281 Ball Dr., St. Louis, MO 63146. This role will be Monday - Friday with a requirement to work in office and a starting pay of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Collect and prepare state required documents for factory ordered vehicle purchases
  • Verify validity of vehicle inspections received via electronic mailbox based on applicable state requirements
  • Organize and mail out vehicle renewal stickers, license plates and other related paperwork
  • Sort and process incoming mail, phone calls, and emails
  • Participate in department projects as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications include:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must live in the St. Louis Metropolitan area during Summer 2026
  • Must be a Junior or above, enrolled full-time for the Fall 2026 semester in a College or University
  • Open to all majors. Business related degrees preferred.
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week starting May 18th - July 31st 
  • 3 months administrative experience and/or 6 months customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
