We have an opportunity at RSW for a 150-day Seasonal, Part-time Lost and Found Administrative Representative.  This position will hold a primary responsibility of lost and found and will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers primarily via the phone, in addition to administrative support.  At times, this individual may need to lift and move lost and found items, either for delivery and/or for organization in storage facility.  In addition, this individual will need to deliver lost and found items to customers at their homes or places they're staying while in SW Florida. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

 

The starting rate of pay is $15 / hour based on a 25 hour workweek.

 

This positions is located at RSW, Fort Myers International Airport.

Responsibilities

Customer Service and Administration

 

Primary Focus is Lost and Found

  • Maintain Lost & Found control via Lost Returns Website.
  • Log Lost items into system as received.
  • Match to customer claims
  • Ship lost items to customers.
  • Maintain neat lost and found closet.
  • Phone conversation regarding Lost Returns process.

 

Call Center

  • Daily GPS Inventory and Re-conciliation
  • Daily customer service email, response, and resolution.
  • Answer customer calls – Rate changes, Location Changes, Extension. Etc
  • Clear communication with management regarding customer callback requests

 

Fleet Management and Maintenance

 

Car Control

  • Process, Tow exchanges, recovery from tow yards daily
  • Daily update on Unaccounted units, work with Fleet Supervisor. – Camera research, exit logs, Odyssey information.
  • Work with Risk and LCPA – Failure to return and Conversions
  • Work DBL Rent pends/ Close Pends daily

 

When necessary, may be asked to assist with License Plates.

  • Send daily LP dead list to LP Clerk.
  • Process received plates daily. Physically attach LP to cars and send email requesting holds removed.
  • Work LP on hand daily with updated unit location.
  • Mail plates to admin office or applicable branches, groups.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required.
  • A minimum 1 year experience handling basic customer service and office administration functions.
  • Must be able to work 25 hours per week.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two chargeable moving violations or accidents within the last three years. 

  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI)  in past 5 years.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
