Overview

The St. Louis Support Services Division for Enterprise Mobility currently has an exciting opportunity for a Mobility Development Inside Sales Development Representative!

 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Inside Sales Development Representative is a critical role supporting new business growth within the Small Business platform. The SDR will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support B2B lead processes for various lines of business and divisions, that enhance all brands performance. The SDR builds new relationships within the mobility business platform by handling inbound communication and guiding prospects down the sales funnel closer to purchase.

ABOUT THE JOB  

The starting pay for this position is $22.79/hr.  

This role offers a hybrid work environment based out of our offices in Weldon Springs and Maryland Heights locations. The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm CST.  This position will require working 40 hours per week.

 

ABOUT THE TEAM  

Enterprise Mobility’s Support Services teams are responsible for Global Call Center Operations, Replacement Rental Services Support, Information Management, Customer Service Metric Programs, North American Roadside Assistance, Sales Support, Small Business Programs and Technical Support Helpdesks.  This team consists of over 4,000 customer service professionals, support staff and management around the globe in 15 different countries with 70+ million customer contacts handled annually.   

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate with Mobility Development department stakeholders and partners to organize, validate, qualify, and close new business based on the Small Business platform 
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of B2B leads, ensuring timely follow-up and progression through the sales cycle   
  • Manage responsiveness to prospects using established strategies to improve lead conversion and account wins   
  • Design and implement strategic initiatives to align with departmental objectives, enhancing the overall effectiveness and operational efficiency of the Mobility Development team 
  • Utilize products and services such as membership in our loyalty program, program summaries, welcome emails, booking tools, etc.   
  • Present alternative solutions to objections and meet customer needs   
  • Analyze sales processes and workflows to identify and implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and practices including agreements and contracts, pricing, and loss prevention   
  • Utilize CRM systems as comprehensive small business sales tool and display a strong knowledge of system functionality

Qualifications

 

  • Must currently live in the state of Missouri in the St. Louis or the immediate surrounding area
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months of sales experience, OR customer service, OR management/leadership experience
  • Permanent residence with a defined working space that is free of distractions
  • Must meet all Work from home technical requirements listed below
