Join Our Team as a Trade Coordinator – Supporting Vehicle Trade-Ins from Start to Finish!

 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Trade Coordinator to join our Car Sales Shared Services team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing the vehicle trade-in process. You’ll:

  • Track trade-in vehicles from initial intake to final resolution
  • Issue trade payoffs to financial institutions
  • Obtain titles and lien releases to ensure smooth ownership transitions

This posiiton operates from our Lakeside Campus in Maryland Heights, MO.  Your work will directly support our sales operations and help ensure a seamless experience for both our customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:

  • Act as a primary contact for administrative trade questions for assigned groups and communicate directly with branch personnel for missing or incomplete information  
  • Pull working queries for pending trade sales and apply data to tracking log as well as document trade log with thorough tracking information.  
  • Obtain title and/or lien release from lenders, dealers or groups, and DMVs  
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, groups and financial institutions  
  • Work monthly reports, including balance sheet schedules to ensure payoff accuracy and cost schedules in regards to trade-in units, and then submit entries to the accounting team for processing  
  • Issue trade payoffs to financial institutions, dealers, etc. using financial system  
  • Assist with arbitrary deletes of trade unit numbers upon request  
  • Assist with “We’ll Buy Your Car” setup and payment process  
  • Maintain trade process and lender contacts in trade manual

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent required
  • Must have 2 years of Customer service and/or administrative support experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel) required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Preferred:

  • Experience with vehicle titling
  • Experience in the auto sales industry
