Step into a dynamic role where your expertise in federal and international tax will directly influence strategic decisions. As Tax Manager, you’ll partner with leadership to identify tax minimization opportunities, lead transfer pricing studies, and manage ongoing IRS and foreign audits.

 

What You’ll Own:

  • Lead research on complex U.S. and international tax issues
  • Manage IRS examinations and foreign transfer pricing audits
  • Oversee transfer pricing studies and international tax projects
  • Prepare and review key tax calculations (FTC, OFL, LKE, acquisitions)
  • Support compliance and quarterly tax estimates
  • Mentor and develop team members

This role is located at the Enterprise Mobility Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in managing ad hoc tax research projects
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the IRS examination
  • Assist in the management of international (non U.S.) research projects
  • Manage transfer pricing studies and foreign tax audits
  • Research existing and emerging federal and international tax issues
  • Manage preparation of basic federal and international tax calculations, including the foreign tax credit, overall foreign loss, aircraft personal use disallowance and acquisitions adjustments
  • Assist tax compliance team with routine and non-routine tax calculations reflected in the income tax projection and on the income tax return
  • Assist in computation of the federal quarterly estimated income tax payments
  • Manage and develop employees, review work and evaluate performance
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Must meet ONE of the following Education requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting
    • Master's degree in Accounting or Tax
    • Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Tax or LLM
  • Must meet ONE of the following work experience requirements:
    • 5 or more years of public accounting tax experience along with a CPA or Juris Doctorate
    • 7 or more years of public accounting and/or corporate income tax experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

 

Preferred:

  • Advanced level of proficiency in tax research
  • CPA or Bar License
