This position allows you to get into the Risk Management Department at the ground level with the possibility of moving up within the department or the organization.  Our ideal candidate will be a professional, detail-oriented, self-motivated team player that enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Enterprise Fleet Management is fleet management business for companies, government agencies and organizations with medium-sized fleets. The Risk Management department works with our more than 50 fully staffed offices nationwide, to mitigate risk and improve the customer experience..  

 

This is a full-time work from home position that will allow you to work 100% from your home residence in the Metropolitan St. Louis or surrounding MO/IL counties.

 

This position requires normal business working hours of Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.

 

The starting pay for this position is $18.46 per hour. Pay within the range will be determined based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, time in position, and business or organizational needs.

Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Review contract terms and vehicle usage to determine appropriate insurance coverage or addendum's to protect company and client; retrieve and update certificate accordingly by reaching out to insurance agencies/brokerage firms, clients, Credit team, and groups via phone and email 
  • Advise Group and Fleet Ops personnel on required action steps to resolve issues with insurance certificates or missing certificates in the vehicle activation or registration process to improve customer service and delivery expectations 
  • Initiate the adding of newly delivered units onto existing schedule policies or onto new customer policies to confirm coverage is in place to ensure company, brand and customer protection 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for insurance certificate compliance by providing timely and accurate responses to escalated issues/questions from both Group Management, Credit team, and clients, including development of effective relationships with all involved 
  • Respond to insurance suspension letters received from the state by leading resolution with clients, clients’ agents, and carriers; often influencing external parties on required action needed to prevent vehicles from being impounded and/or lessee being detained 
  • Respond to external audits timely by gathering and delivering evidence of insurance through detailed comprehension of contract terms policy language 
  • Field and process incoming phone calls from contact center 800 line, set up all claims and initiate outbound calls with insurance agencies, insurance adjusters, drivers, Fleet Administrators, group personnel, and vendors 
  • Send timely contact letters to responsible party where policy is in cancellation/non-renewal status or under required contract limits with urgent follow up

Qualifications

 

Minimum Qualifications include:

  • Must reside in St. Louis Metropolitan area or the immediate surrounding MO/IL counties
  • Minimum of (3) three years of administrative and/or customer service experience
  • Minimum of (2) two years of successful problem resolution, client communication, and/or adversarial conversation experience
  • Previous insurance industry experience preferred
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty or Certification in Risk Management (CISR) preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Intermediate skills of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship from our company now or in the future

 

Work from Home (WFH) Requirements:

  • Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a terrestrial cable or fiber provider (no DSL or satellite)
  • High-speed Internet connection with a minimum validated upload speed of 5Mb and download speed of 25Mb is required.  Connection latency must be less than 100ms.  (Please validate using a speed test tool such as http://www.speedtest.net/
