As a Senior Performance Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital media strategies that align with broader marketing goals. You’ll manage campaigns from planning through optimization, working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

  • Lead digital media strategies and initiatives to achieve business goals and grow revenue  
  • Independently manage performance media programs working directly with agency partners, media platforms, and internal stakeholders to maximize results and identify new opportunities  
  • Synthesize media briefs and deliver strategic recommendations that include budget, media format, audiences, messaging, landing pages, and flighting; collaborate with external partners as necessary  
  • Develop strategic relationships with agency, media, and technology partners  
  • Provide campaign recommendations and communicate how media strategies contribute to business outcomes  
  • Oversee campaign builds to ensure seamless launches, including delivery of media plans, creative assets, insertion orders, authorization forms, strategic audiences, tags, pixels, URLs, measurement schedule, test plans, and other necessary campaign materials  
  • Traffic media campaigns into proper environments as needed (ad servers, DSPs, etc.)  
  • Review and analyze weekly and monthly results to communicate performance trends and identify opportunities or changes in strategies  
  • Align marketing expense and return on investment (ROI) with budgets and forecasts and make adjustments as needed  
  • Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and other teams within marketing to enable integrated marketing strategies  
  • Foster growth of test and learn environment by utilizing relevant insights and analysis to recommend and establish effective test plans  
  • Provide thought leadership and serve as subject matter expert in performance media; maintain up-to-date knowledge on media trends including AdTech and data privacy  
  • Lead conversion rate optimization testing for landing pages to determine optimal customer experience and performance  
  • Independently present strategies and results to marketing leaders and business executives  
  • Provide instruction and guidance to less senior team members on existing or new tactics

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or other applicable field
  • Must have 5+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Preferred:

  • Expereince working with and presenting to Executive leadership
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
