As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, we are excited to announce the opening for a Sr. Product Designer within the Integrated Experience (iX) team.

 

The Integrated Experience Team is growing to meet the rising demand for exceptional digital experiences that truly resonate with customers and employees. We collaborate across Product, IT, Marketing, and Operations—leveraging outside-in feedback, competitive insights, and design thinking to craft solutions that are intuitive, impactful, and aligned with real-world needs. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping these experiences—envisioning and designing interactions that feel inspired, refined, and delightful. From wireframes and prototypes to polished design artifacts, you’ll lead the creation and optimization of digital product features while contributing to a robust design system that ensures consistency, usability, and accessibility across our ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Translate conceptual designs and experience maps into user flows and digital prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences and drive business results
  • Design detailed flows and digital interfaces that are simple, effective, and elegant and help establish guidelines for components in software such as Figma, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite products, etc.
  • Partner closely with product and development teams as well as stakeholders to find effective but practical solutions to design problems within product requirements and user stories
  • Proactively recommend enhancements to product and design artifacts through knowledge of brand standards, heuristics, accessibility, and other best practices
  • Collaborate with other designers on products to ensure the design system is utilized effectively and that contributions are governed with quality and thoroughly reviewed
  • Participate in design validation research to understand consumer needs, opportunities and pain points to continually inform an iterative design
  • Mentor and coach members of the design team on industry and best practices and provide constructive feedback on design deliverables
  • Effectively communicate design deliverables, and design rationale both verbally and visually to stakeholders, product teams, users, and leadership teams
  • Stay current on tools, principles and practices in product design, interaction models and drive for continuous improvement to design patterns and systems

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, New Media, Interaction Design, User Experience (UX), or related field
  • Must have 4+ years of experience in product design, web design, UI/UX design and/or art direction with a focus on web and mobile digital products
  • Must have experience with developing low- and high- fidelity prototypes for user testing
  • Must have experience with visual and digital design tools such as Figma
  • Must have experience with facilitating group design reviews and in-market digital prototype testing with users
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Preferred

 

  • Experience with human-centered design methodology and inclusive design
