Overview

The St. Louis Support Services Division for Enterprise Mobility currently has an exciting opportunity for a Solutions Architect! 

 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Solution Architect delivers solution architectures for multiple solutions or one highly complex solution using a broad understanding of technology, advanced knowledge of architectural methods, global IT patterns, standards and governance. The Solution Architect collaborates with engineers and architects within the solution and other solutions that will be impacted to ensure the implementation aligns to the architecture.

ABOUT THE JOB 

This position will be in person at our Corporate Offices in St. Louis, MO, with the option to work a hybrid schedule. The starting pay for this role is between $113,000/yr - $186,000/yr. Compensation decisions will be made based on factors that include but are not limited to experience, education, location, and skill level. 

 

Schedule: This opportunity has a schedule of Monday-Friday, with a start time between 7am – 9am CST, with flexibility based on business needs.  

 

ABOUT THE TEAM 

Enterprise Mobility’s Support Services teams are responsible for Global Call Center Operations, Replacement Rental Services Support, Information Management, Customer Service Metric Programs, North American Roadside Assistance, Sales Support, Small Business Programs and Technical Support Helpdesks.  This team consists of over 4,000 customer service professionals, support staff and management around the globe in 15 different countries with 70+ million customer contacts handled annually.   

Responsibilities

  • Gathers and identifies solution needs; performs risk analysis; defines architecture for small to large, moderately complex solutions; ensures continual sustainability of architecture; may assist in defining the architecture for highly complex solutions by providing subject matter expertise for own solution area. 
  • Analyzes and translates business requirements into solution architectures that align with the overall technology vision for the solution; designing architectures that are scalable, resilient, and secure. 
  • Maintains knowledge of emerging architectural methods, technologies, and business for application to the environment; demonstrates knowledge, skills and behaviors that can transfer and add value across the solution; stays current with pertinent technical certifications. 
  • Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms and third-party systems via APIs. 
  • Design and implement advanced features such as conversational IVRs, real-time analytics, AI-driven agent assistance, and chatbot flows. 
  • Produce architecture documentation, system diagrams, and configuration specifications. 
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle and support post-implementation optimization. 
  • Collaborates with engineers, analysts and architects within the team; gathers input and feedback on solution design; partners to ensure the solution implementation aligns to the architecture. 
  • Understands the global architectural patterns and guidance and articulates to the team, leadership and governance how single, small to moderately large complex solution architectures align to global guidance and patterns; ensures architecture aligns to guidance and patterns. 
  • Designs, develops and maintains solution architectures, documentation and processes for solutions using knowledge of business strategy, security, technology methods, architectural methods and global technology guidance and patterns.

Qualifications

  • Must live in the state of Missouri and be willing and able to travel to the St. Louis offices weekly as needed
  • Five (5)+ years of industry experience in engineering, architecture or related technology field required  
  • Two (2)+ years of Cloud Technology experience required  
  • AWS Certifications: Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect preferred 
  • Experience designing IVR/ACD flows and call routing logic, leveraging call center analytics and reporting tools like Amazon Connect Contact Lens and BI software tools and a working knowledge of voice and telephony protocols required 
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future  
  • Must be at least 18 years old 

WFH Technical Qualifications for your home office:
