Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a TPA Administrative Rep. The Administrative Rep will provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers primarily via the phone in addition to administrative support. This person will fill a leadership role in facilitating the phone call process, including handling and resolving escalated customer comments and complaints pleasantly while working over the phone with customers. They will create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers and employees. They will also assist in administrative task completion.

 

This full time role would be located at the Tampa International Airport.

Compensation: $18/hour based on a 40 hour work week. 

 

Current Schedule: Thursday - Monday 1:30pm-10pm. Tuesday-Wednesday off. Schedule is subject to change. Candidates must have open availability to work any schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and potentially overnight.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs 
  • Provide directions and general assistance
  • Notify Management of any known customer problems 
  • Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
  • Filing & other general clerical/administrative duties
  • Other administrative duties delegated by manager
  • Ensure business priorities are closely monitored and managed

  • Assist customer with our lost and found process

  • Handle incoming calls to resolve customer questions

  • Assist in needs as ticket adjustments and customer follow up items arise

  • Help in all related procedures to support cost control

  • Maintain inventory and stock products throughout TPA/PIE Airport facilities
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
  • Must have intermediate or advanced level of PC proficiency including Office 365 products
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years (DWI/DUI).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Apart from religious observation, must be able to work at a location that is open 7 days per week and includes weekends, weeknights, and holidays
