The Rental Billing department is responsible for the maintenance and management of the billing, commissions and invoicing software for customers who rent globally from Enterprise Mobility, including the software which transforms rentals from our Franchise Partners into Enterprise. This also includes maintaining and managing interfaces with internal applications to deliver electronic data to external organizations and customers. Enterprise Mobility continuously strives to modernize and redevelop our applications to keep pace with the competitive market, and the Rental Billing team has a lot of upcoming work to modernize solutions. Through efforts such as Greenlight, we are excited to leverage new technologies to rewrite RFS using React JS, reduce complexities in our solutions, build an event driven architecture to better track data throughout our environment, introduce APIs for billing capabilities, expand our test automation, and ensure our solutions are cloud ready. As an Engineer 2, Test Automation, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Rental Billing Leadership, Product Owners, and Development team(s). We are looking for a talented individual that can serve as a subject matter expert, capable of working with the leadership team and test engineers to devise a test automation strategy, tracking progress through metrics and additional capabilities created. Your primary goal will be creating momentum for a sustainable test automation approach capable of supporting our suite of applications. You will be responsible for designing, producing, executing, and maintaining automated test plans and test cases. You will have an opportunity to coach other test engineers and develop their knowledge and capabilities for test automation. You will also participate in code reviews of automated test code, debug automated test code, provide estimates for assignments, and assist with sprint planning activities.
