Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Car Sales Administrator in Birmingham, AL!
The Enterprise Car Sales Department has an immediate opening for a Car Sales Administrator. This position will manage the majority of the day-to-day administrative duties for our Enterprise Car Sales branches. This individual will perform many basic functions, including processing car sales, making payments, answering financial institution questions, and learning basic car sales accounting fundamentals by working account schedules.
This position will be responsible for supporting and working closely with our Remarketing departments. The Car Sales Administrator is responsible for the approval process of car sales as well as preparing titles to be sent to buyers, auction, other groups, and the Department of Motor Vehicles. This position is a part of our License and Title Department, which is committed to the training and development of our employees. This opportunity is for a detailed individual who is both team and customer service oriented. We work together to achieve common goals and aspire to achieve excellence in all that we do.
The rate of pay range for this position is $16.25 - $18.00 / hourly depending on experience, plus a full benefits package. The schedule is Monday-Friday: 8:00AM-5:00PM.
Job Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Manage the process of incoming title requests
· Review and sign off on all titles to ensure compliance prior to distributing to buyers
· Monitor compliance associated with Retail sales
· Monitor compliance with Floor Plan sales
· Process out-of-group and title transactions
· Process retail title work/registration
· Perform audits
· Special projects as assigned
· Process accounting entries
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will possess the following:
· Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
· Ability to build strong relationships with Remarketing Sales team, Car Sales team and outside vendors (dealers and auctions)
· Keen ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously, as well as prioritize effectively
· Outstanding time management skills
· PC and Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
