We have an opening for an Administrative Support position as a License and Title Clerk located in our Group Administrative office in Franklin, TN.

 

This position will primarily support our Rental team and operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with emphasis on following the process. This is a full time position with a complete benefits package. Apart from religous observations, the position is full-time working approximately 40 hours per week with hours of operation Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

 

Hourly rate:  Starting pay is $17.00 / hour with annual increases

Responsibilities

  • Processing title applications with the State of Tennessee
  • Processing Tennessee tag renewals  
  • Processing tag applications with County offices in the State  
  • Updating tag information and tag movement notes in system 
  • Forwarding tags to the appropriate daily rental branches within the group or other groups as needed 
  • Supporting the branches with any registration issues and processes
  • Assisting with various reports, accounting schedules, and clerical duties

Must also have strong time-management/organizational skills and strong attention to detail.  Candidates should be comfortable working independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months administrative support/customer service experience required
  • Previous license and title background experience a plus
  • Intermediate level or better proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must have a current valid drivers license with no more than two chargeable moving violations or at-fault accidents within the last three years
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the last five years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize to complete work on a timely basis
  • Advanced level of attention to detail and ability to focus on current task with office distractions
  • Must be able to work in a flexible environment where the daily focus changes depending on volume
  • Ability and desire to work within a strong team oriented business model
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management
