This role is responsible for researching and compiling open receivable reports for Car Sales Operating Groups. This role includes working with Shared Services Coordinators and Accountants to ensure Group receivables are accurately reported and presented to the Group. Each Group is completed on a weekly basis. The role reports to Car Sales Shared Services Accounting Supervisor.

This position is located at our Lakeside Campus of Enterprise Mobility, located at 2291 Ball Drive Maryland Heights, MO and has a hybrid schedule available (3 days in office / 2 days from home)

We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:

• Research and compile weekly receivable reports for Operating Car Sale Groups
• Process accounting entries for Operating Car Sale Groups
• Handle responses from Shared Services Coordinators and Groups
• Assist team with maintaining 30 days aged items with open receivables
• Assist with other accounting functions as needed
• Identify trends with Groups in their receipting processes
• Meet with Shared Services Coordinators and Accountants monthly to review open items

Minimum:

• High School Diploma/GED
