As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, the Enterprise Mobility Legal team is excited to announce the opening of an Executive Assistant – Human Resources Legal Department.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Vice President of Employee Support Labor and the attorneys within the HR Legal Department. The HR Legal Department provides legal advice, support, and counsel on all aspects of employment law and traditional labor relations to various internal and external stakeholders within the Enterprise Mobility organization.
This position provides high-level administrative support managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and key communications. This role ensures smooth office operations, handles confidential information, and facilitates the execution of leadership priorities with efficiency and discretion.
