This position offers a hybrid work environment. It allows the employee to work from home while also requiring a semi-regular on-site presence as needed at our Lakeside and/or Clayton Corporate HQ campus locations in St. Louis, Missouri.
Understanding the scope of impact across key people, process, tech and governance initiatives within IT helps ensure the organization is ready for transformational change. The Senior Manager of IT Organizational Readiness will support transformative, global IT initiatives through development of repeatable change frameworks, concise self-service documentation and a holistic rollout calendar to effectively influence organizational/change readiness.
This leader will have expert facilitation skills, working closely with senior and executive leaders across the IT organization to understand overall initiative impact, affected audiences, effort scope, timeline and dependencies. A successful candidate will be able to support development of a long-term strategic vision as well as identification of key goals/outcomes associated with organizational readiness.
This is a highly collaborative position that works with and through others to achieve outcomes. Reporting to the Director of IT Communications and Security Awareness, this leader uses influence and executive presence to avoid change fatigue for any specific audience. They will have experience presenting to and facilitating for executive audiences as well as an orientation to both user-centricity and creativity in general communication style. They must have a demonstrated commitment to diversity and create and advance an inclusive environment.
