Enterprise Fleet Management Information Technology (EFMIT) provides streamlined and effective solutions to serve our growing operation. We offer solid architectural platforms with a strategic focus that clearly align to business growth and improving the customer experience. The Fleet Management systems, including EDGE, Fleet Commissions, Fleet Web and Autodata, are web based applications built using J2EE technology and are integrated with our PeopleSoft financials system as well as our Oracle BI data warehouse.

Program 

The Enterprise Mobility IT Internship is a robust and highly engaging program where students are encouraged to gain real world, hands-on experience while having fun and contributing to the organization. As an Intern, you will be challenged with completing projects that will enhance your skills all while being provided with coaching, mentorship and networking opportunities.

This is a structured 10-week internship program where Interns will be onsite 1 to 3 times per week located at 2281 Ball Drive, Maryland Heights, MO 63146 to participate in coordinated group internship events and development activities. Interns generally have the opportunity to work either onsite or remotely the other days of the week with their assigned teams. The position pays $25.00 per hour.

 

Schedule

This 10-week internship will begin on May 19, 2025 and will conclude on July 25, 2025. You must be available to work a 40-hour work week for the entire 10 weeks working Monday through Friday. 

Responsibilities

Get ready to dive into the cybersecurity world as an Enterprise Fleet Management intern! Your journey will include exploring the realms of rules and risks, strengthening our digital defenses in security engineering, and becoming the guardian of access and identity – all vital components in ensuring our organization stays secure. Throughout this internship, you’ll immerse yourself in (1) Governance, Risk, and Compliance – mastering our cybersecurity policies, (2) Security Engineering – contributing to building robust defenses and staying a step ahead of threats, and (3) Security Administration or Identity and Access Management – learning the ropes of being the gatekeeper for our company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business relationships with both IT teams and business users
  • Participate in user support as part of the EFM Security Team
  • Assist with vulnerability and security incident remediation
  • Assist in the security awareness program design

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must live in St. Louis Metropolitan area or an immediate surrounding MO/IL counties for summer 2025
  • Currently a Junior or above, enrolled full-time in college or university for the Fall 2025 semester 
  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity
  • Available Monday through Friday (40 hours/week), May - July 2025
  • Proficient with standard PC technologies and software including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to accept $25.00 per hour
  • Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Work from Home (WFH) Requirements:

  • Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a terrestrial cable or fiber provider (no DSL or satellite)
  • High-speed Internet connection with a minimum validated upload speed of 5Mb and download speed of 25Mb is required. Connection latency must be less than 100ms. (Please validate using a speed test tool such as http://www.speedtest.net/
