Our ideal candidate is a professional, self-motivated team player, who enjoys customer service in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn more about the many avenues of Risk Management. This exciting opportunity works Monday-Friday (40 hours per week) from May-August 2025.

Our Risk Management team has four core areas in which interns may assist our clients: Program Recovery/Total Loss, Claims Support, Repair, and Compliance. Each of these roles play in intricate part in assisting our clients on both the front end of accidents and partnering with vendors and dealers to get our clients back on the road. This internship will help foster strong customer service skills as well as learning to negotiate and build relationships with key business stakeholders.

 

The core office hours are 8am to 5pm and the internship work schedule would be set during these hours. The compensation for this position is $16.00/hr. Upon graduation, Enterprise Fleet Management has tremendous opportunities in Risk Management and at our operational center.

 

This position will be a hybrid role working 1-2 days a week in our office located at 2281 Ball Dr. St. Louis, MO 63146

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming and outgoing risk related documents for department, vendors and customers
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, customers, and management
  • Organize claim and compliance documents for completion and appropriate filing
  • Coordinate, complete and monitor claim and repair follow-ups
  • Administer glass repair or replacement orders for all leased or program vehicles
  • Authorize and monitor replacement rentals for customers
  • Greet incoming customers and vendors and participate as needed in set meetings
  • Report loss notices timely to the correct insurance or third party administrators
  • Periodically manage and redirect incoming client calls through Risk Management Support Line
  • Monitor and troubleshoot as needed other assigned administrative tasks

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must have a permanent residence in Missouri or Illinois within 1 hour of our office located at 2281 Ball Dr. St. Louis, MO 63146
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 3 months of administrative experience
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Currently a Sophomore or above, enrolled full-time in college or university for the Fall 2025 semester 
  • Available Monday through Friday 40 hours per week May - August 2025
  • Ability to work a flex schedule consisting of in office and at home as needed
  • Ability to accept $16.00 per hour
  • Proficient with standard PC technologies and software including Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to meet all Work From Home (WFH) requirements

 

Work from Home (WFH) Requirements:

  • Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a terrestrial cable or fiber provider (no DSL or satellite)
  • High-speed Internet connection with a minimum validated upload speed of 5Mb and download speed of 25Mb is required. Connection latency must be less than 100ms. (Please validate using a speed test tool such as http://www.speedtest.net/
