Overview

 

We are hiring for a seasonal position that will be from December 1 2024- April 30 2025.

 

      THIS IS A FULL-TIME SEASONAL POSITION 25 hours per week 

Pay is $18.00 /hr

Apart from religious observations, must be available to work the schedule below 

 

Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 4:00pm 

Saturday- Sunday: 9:00am - 1:00pm 



Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 6:30pm 

Saturday- Sunday: 1:00pm - 5:00pm 

 

 

 

The Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient customer service at time of rental and return using the company approved sales and service techniques. Facilitates rental process; verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. Pleasantly handles and resolves customer questions, comments, and complaints while working face-to-face in city/market locations. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the wants and needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform various administrative/data entry functions such as:  assign incoming files, research and process invoices
  • Provide a high level of customer service by assisting rental branches and their needs over the phone which could include:  reservation needs, coverage verification, call routing
  • Provide information and resolution for customers, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and rental branches
  • Manage outgoing calls for rental management for customers, insurance companies, repair shops and dealerships
  • Perform miscellaneous and back up job-related duties as assigned
  • Responsible for notifying management of process concerns as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
  • Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English
  • Must be willing to accept $18.00/hour
  • Apart from religious observations, must be available to work listed schedule
