As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, the Global Content Marketing team is excited to announce the opening of a Global Content Marketing Senior Specialist. 

 

The Content Marketing Senior Specialist is responsible for the planning and implementation of integrated content marketing strategies across global brands and franchise regions that create audience value and build brand trust and consideration. This position partners globally and cross functionally in order to create consistent and locally relevant content as well as serve as a member of the Content Marketing Center of Excellence, creating, maintaining, and sharing best practices and processes.  This position requires a global mindset and will help coordinate and manage local and global editorial calendars, driving consistency in our brand story, messaging and content strategies to support marketing and business objectives.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO, with a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Content Marketing and Planning Director to manage a global content strategy that delivers value to our audiences, effectively builds our brand strategy, enables content at scale across global franchise markets, and supports our business objectives 
  • Plan and develop high quality content for digital and social properties that is globally consistent, locally relevant and supports our global content framework; working closely with marketing activation, search, creative, media, portfolio & delivery management, corporate communications, and external vendors in order to align our brand strategy and our audience content needs 
  • Manage, maintain, and support relationships with regional and country colleagues in order to understand local business objectives, local audiences, and cultural nuance 
  • Edit and align brand content, influencer, sponsorship/partner and social materials including messaging, social posts, web article content, influencer blog posts, etc. 
  • Maintain a content calendar of global content, messages, and channels 
  • Continually synthesize data and evaluate audiences and content performance to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in global content marketing and support the Content Marketing Center of Excellence through the development of training, best practices, templates, and processes
  • Collaborate and support the continuous evolution of a best-in-class content marketing team
  • Maintain Enterprise Mobility brand standards and ensure all content and messages comply with these standards

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing or related field)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Five (5) years of content marketing, brand digital engagement experience, brand storytelling, content creation through creative, design and/or editorial experience, calendar planning and publishing across digital channels 
  • Experience supporting large, global brands with content marketing strategies and plans localized for regional or country relevancy 

Preferred:

  • Experience in analyzing content performance through the digital experience 
  • Community engagement and management, tool usage, social listening 
  • Brand social media marketing experience including (but not limited to) Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram and LinkedIn, including paid 
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong business partnerships globally and cross-functionally 
  • Creative, design and/or editorial experience 
  • Client-side agency or vendor management experience
