The EFM License and Title (L&T) Representative provides administrative support for the License and Title (L&T) teams with leased and client-owned L&T transactions by evaluating vehicle registrations, renewals and license plates for accuracy, researching and addressing discrepancies and distributing items to appropriate contacts. The L&T Representative also maintains the Xerox process, updates L&T databases, creates SalesForce tasks and reviews and determine processing procedures for all EFM Manufacturer Statements of Origin (MSOs).  L&T Representative may also provide administrative support to the Title Coordinator teams.

 

This is a full time position and offers a starting salary range of $40,000 - $44,000 per year depending upon relevant experience and skill level.

 

This exciting opportunity will be located at our Fleet Operations Center located at 2281 Ball Dr. St. Louis, MO 63146. This opportunity works 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, and offers a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate physical and electronic documentation for L&T leased and client-owned vehicle transactions received from groups and clients and distribute to appropriate contact
  • Utilize state knowledge to evaluate registration documents and license plates, research and resolve discrepancies and check for accuracy before sending out via FedEx
  • Verify validity of vehicle inspections received via electronic mailbox based on applicable state requirements; forward to appropriate L&T Coordinator and respond to sender
  • Create Salesforce tasks and communicate with groups based upon incidents in Ask L&T mailbox including incorrect mailing on returned USPS and FedEx Shipments
  • Understand state requirements to manage the renewal and temp tags
  • Review and determine processing procedures for all MSOs;  Print, review, sign and notarize paperwork, including MSO, bill of sale and power of attorney, for all factory order purchases
  • Manage Xerox process, including administering proper identification numbers and organizing copies and identify correct destination for documents in electronic queue that were not labeled correctly
  • Create database requests and update License & Title information in Edge
  • Organize, prioritize and distribute mail and checks for the L&T teams
  • Scanning and receiving Title Batches
  • Labeling and filing titles; matching bills of sale with title copies for dealer records
  • Making sure correct titles are placed in the correct FedEx envelopes before shipping
  • Pull titles from vault and deliver to Coordinator bins

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications include:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must live in the Metropolitan St. Louis area or surrounding MO/IL counties
  • Must live in the state of Missouri or Illinois
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year experience in administrative support with a focus on attention to detail and problem resolution OR
  • Must have a H.S. Diploma/GED with 3 years in administrative experience with customer service, detailed processes and problem resolution
  • Certified notary preferred 
  • Willing to apply for and obtain a Notary Public Commission for the State of Missouri
  • Must be able to handle and lift objects up to 10 pounds
  • Basic skills of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must be willing to accept $40,000 - $44,000 per year
  • Must have the ability to work in-office Monday-Friday at our Fleet Operations Center
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
