This position reports into our Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, MO, with a hybrid schedule available (4 days in-office).

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:

  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key internal and external partners and benefit vendors
  • Analyze key metrics and trends to develop strategies to optimize plan performance and utilization
  • Collaborate with team members to promote benefit plans and online resources to a diverse workforce
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and primary contact for assigned benefit plans and advise HR partners on administrative and policy questions
  • Facilitate and review requests for proposals (RFPs); review and negotiate contracts and renewals with benefit vendors and monitor vendor performance to ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Assist with the development, review and maintenance of content on the Company’s benefits and enrollment website(s)
  • Create and deploy internal and external communications in different mediums
  • Assist in the development and annual review of benefit materials including summary plan descriptions, enrollment guides, new hire communications and process documents

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have 3 years’ (5+ years preferred) of experience managing Health and Welfare benefits for corporations with 1,000+ employees
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Preferred:

  • 2 or more years’ experience in writing employee benefit plan related communications/materials
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar design software
  • 5 or more years’ experience managing Health and Welfare benefits for a corporation with 1,000+ employees
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) Designation
