National and Alamo has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Representative. The Customer Experience Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.
This is a full time opportunity at National/Alamo servicing T.F. Green International Airport, located at 700 Jefferson Blvd, Warwick, RI with a schedule of 40hrs/week including weekends starting at 4:00pm. The pay for this position is $20.19 / hour plus potential to earn incentive pay of up to $3000 per month based on individual performance as well as an opportunity to earn merit increases based on performance. All shifts started after 3pm are eligible for an additional $1.00/hour shift differential.
