We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Communication Specialist, Senior to join our IT Workforce Services team, and assist with developing internal communications to support a variety of IT initiatives.
The successful candidate will have experience developing communication strategies and compelling messaging, writing engaging copy for emails, presentations, digital collateral and other customer touchpoints, and using visual storytelling and graphics to support these messages. A successful candidate will develop positive working relationships with our stakeholders, and act as a key liaison between internal customers and project teams. In this role, you will develop proactive employee communications to support technical initiatives and other team-centered campaigns, with a strong emphasis on delivering an excellent employee experience.
You will collaborate with leadership to craft, organize and promote messages to ensure success, ensuring all collateral and narratives accurately convey company and IT values to various audiences. You will also track and measure communications activities to assess and improve performance, develop and drive internal communications as needed, provide thought leadership and perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
