The Enterprise Holdings Service Center in Chelsea has an opening for a Full-Time Lot Attendant!

The Lot Attendant will primarily maintain the parking lot at our Chelsea Remarketing and In-Fleeting facility. The Lot Attendant also performs regular maintenance (non-mechanical services), moves vehicles to designated areas based on service needs, and performs other duties assigned by the manager, all completed in a safe and timely manner. The Lot Attendant is also responsible for assisting in the transporting of vehicles to other offices and dealerships throughout the region which requires navigating written directions. It is also important that you are willing and committed to becoming DOT eligible and obtaining a MA State Inspector's license within the first 6 months of hire into the role.  

The starting pay rate is $15.50/hour. The required schedule is Monday through Friday from 7am-3:30pm with a 30 minute break each day. The Full Time Lot Attendant will be responsible for the following:      

  • Lot Security
  • Controlling the parking of inventory
  • Organization of the parking lot(s) and inventory
  • Inventory tracking and reconciliation
  • Location of keys for units being moved
  • Interaction and coordination with both transport drivers and the driver employees
  • Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed
  • Coordination of cars at reconditioning facilities
  • Local driving to and from reconditioning centers
  • Tracking of outgoing inventory
  • May be asked to clean vehicles
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned     
  • Op-Install, inspection for damage, and preparation of New Stock Units

  • Qualifications:

    • Must be at least 21 years of age for DOT Health Card certification
    • Must be willing and committed to becoming DOT Certified and obtaining a MA State Inspection license within the first 6 months of hire 
    • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the last 3 years
    • Must have no drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years
    • Must be willing and able to work outdoors in the elements with long periods of standing, kneeling, and bending
    • Must be able to tolerate light physical effort including the handling of average-weight objects (up to 25 pounds)
    • Apart from religious observation, must be able to work Monday through Friday from 7am-3:30pm
