Overview

Enterprise Rent-A-Car rental division is looking for a Fulltime Customer Service Representative position located at:

 

1704 N Shadeland Ave

Indianapolis, IN 46219

  

This position will support the Enterprise Rental location in Shadelande Avenue and will be performing a variety of administrative and business account functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized and detail-oriented.

 

This position is full-time with benefits and pays $14 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for the rental location

  • Achieve and maintain proficiency in all necessary computer applications

  • Primary or secondary point of contact for customers needing information

  • Act as liaison between the rentals and customers in the coordination of necessary maintenance requirements and associated paperwork

  • Involvement in overall branch operations

  • Send various documents and letters to customers in a timely manner

  • Participate in regular development meetings and assist to obtain department goals

  • Handle all administrative duties related to the customer base

  • Perform general office duties and miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

  • Occasional involvement in customer facing meetings to help build solid business relationships

  • Knowledge of professional phone etiquette and the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • General knowledge of the organization and support functional area is required
  • Attention to detail for accuracy in performing data entry duties and various tasks
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Basic business, accounting or math principles
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and problem solving skills by taking appropriate action regarding a concern or questionable finding
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize and juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Ability to work independently or as a team member
  • Ability to work and succeed in a multi-cultural environment

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year experience handling customer service responsibilities
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault violations within the last 2 years
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel products
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Apart from religious observations; must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 7:30 am - 6:00 pm (1 hour lunch break each day)
