Our Boston Logan Airport office is accepting applications for a Full-Time Customer Experience Representative.

The responsibilities include providing a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. This specific position will be working in the garage greeting our customers. The CXR will also gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, customer assistance, and act as a rental back-up in a large airport branch. Qualified candidates must demonstrate honesty and integrity and remain committed to excellent performance while being driven and self motivated and supports diversity and contributes to an inclusive work environment.
The starting pay rate for this position is $18.08/hour + monthly bonus opportunities which have the potential to launch actual compensation to over $20/hour. There is also a $2/hour shift differential for the hours worked between 11pm-7am. In addition to this strong wage, we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance options, paid vacation time, paid holidays, profit sharing, and 401(k) with company match.
The required overnight schedules available are:
5 Day Schedule (8 hours/night):
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Friday, Saturday from 11pm-7:30am (30 minute break included)
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, from 11pm-7:30am (30 minute break included)
4 Day Schedule (10 hours/night):
Sunday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 9pm-7:30am (30 minute break included)
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 9pm-7:30am (30 minute break included)
