About the Role
The Customer Experience Team is growing as the demand to create unmatched customer experiences for the organization increases. We partner with Product, IT, Marketing, and Operations and use outside-in customer and employee feedback, competitive intelligence, and design thinking methodologies to create, measure, and validate solutions that exceed expectations and deliver tangible business value.
The Product Design Lead helps envision and define innovative digital experiences across multiple product lines, partnering with Product, IT, and other cross-functional team members. The Product Design Lead provides oversight in the user-centered design process ensuring customer and employee digital products are co-created, usable, useful and enjoyable. This position guides and empowers consistent application of the design system enabling cohesive, usable, and accessible digital experiences. The Product Design Lead also leads and mentors Product Design team members to achieve the best possible user experience for every design project.
This position reports to our Customer Understanding Manager at our headquarters in St. Louis, MO. This position is available for remote work anywhere in the U.S.
