About the Role

The CRM Product Manager is responsible for the management and success of the CRM and Sales Support product suite, overseeing products through design, build, launch, growth, enhancement, and eventual sunset, ensuring achievement of business strategies and objectives.


This role is responsible for enabling enterprise wide solutions for our partners spanning across Sales and Operations Management. As part of this role, you will understand our internal users and will focus on increasing the efficiency of our vertically structured teams, building scalable platforms, and launching excellent internal tools that help develop and customize sales workflows. Also, you will help to manage the relationships with external partners who provide services that integrate with the CRM and Sales Support product suite.


This position works cross-functionally, unifying, and motivating peers and stakeholders across various teams (e.g. IT, operations, marketing) to deliver a solution. Additionally, this role will be responsible for augmenting stakeholder knowledge regarding product capabilities and how those capabilities may meet their business needs.


The CRM Product Manager serves as the expert on the product's customers and their needs while also acting as the subject matter expert for the product. The product manager analyzes competitive conditions, manages product strategy, adapts the product road map, manages user adoption, monitors product performance, and provides direction for product requirements.

  • Thoroughly understand and advocate for solutions to customer's problems as well as the business's goals and objectives, representing that point of view on a day-to-day basis
  • Own defining the problem that is to be solved; Develop and communicate business cases, vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company strategies and goals
  • Collaborate with Product Discovery, Customer Experience and User Experience to define and prioritize the product road map
  • Own the selection and prioritization of product enhancements; Ensure requests and appropriate feedback are seamlessly integrated into the product road map and development processes by playing a key role in development efforts including planning, refinement, user acceptance testing, retrospectives, sprints and scrums
  • Manage the implementation of product development projects with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful completion within appropriate budget guidelines and project timeline; work with implementation and Communications teams to develop product line communications and drive engagement
  • Develop and curate new ideas, determine which ideas will achieve critical objectives and should be promoted into features, and communicate the status back to stakeholders
  • Review new and existing product specifications to ensure the scope of the current and future product meets strategic objectives, ensuring commercial viability
  • Confirm completion of product development and determine readiness for market launch, ensuring delivery of well aligned, high value solutions through use of product life cycle and agile development methodologies
  • Monitor KPIs for the product against industry leading benchmarks
  • Obtain market information by performing primary research with field operations and other business partners as well as reviewing secondary research materials; Identify needs by talking to customers, monitoring feedback from various listening tools and collaborating with cross-functional business partners
  • Analyze and define market and competitive conditions; Stay up-to-date on new technologies to best serve Product Development goals
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or other applicable field required
  • Must have 3+ years of experience as one (or a combination) of the following:
    • Product Owner/Manager
    • Technical Project Manager
    • Business Analyst
  • Must have previous experience working on CRM and Sales Support product lines
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
