The Marketing Analyst - Global Customer and Data Analytics leverages advanced analytics tools and data to design and deliver analyses and reports that respond to specific business needs. The Analyst also develops detailed analysis and provides insights to digital, brand and loyalty teams within the Marketing department. This position plays a key role in generating recommendations for initiatives that are critical to the formulation and achievement of marketing objectives, strategies and tactics.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO. For candidates outside of the St. Louis area, remote work may be considered.


  • Develop, in collaboration with the business, detailed analyses to answer specific business questions and needs, identifying the appropriate analysis technique to use
  • Use analytical, skills and knowledge combined with internal or external data sources to yield actionable findings and develop specific recommendations and insights for the business. Present findings and recommendations to various levels of management
  • Partner with internal and external resources to support marketing initiatives by executing analytics projects that enable flexible efficient analyses and reporting on customer behaviors to provide insights and recommendations
  • Develop proficient data mining and manipulation skills using available tools and databases (SAS, SQL, Teradata, Digital Analytics etc.) to extract more intelligence from the data and provide better insights and recommendations
  • Develop in depth understanding of the source, content and definitions of the transaction and consumer databases (Teradata, Digital Analytics, etc.) in order to mine these sources effectively and efficiently
  • Expand understanding of Enterprise Holding’s strategies, goals, and inner workings for all business units in order to develop insightful and actionable recommendations
  • Work closely with marketing users to design, develop, and maintain ad-hoc reports that track and measure specific marketing projects such as web/app initiatives, campaigns and brand team initiatives
  • Design, develop, and maintain standard marketing reports and dashboards measuring key performance indicators in a user-friendly format and a timely manner

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or a related field 
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Three (3) years of applied analytics experience
  • One (1) year of experience in SAS and/or SQL programming
  • Two (2) years of experience with analyses related to loyalty programs preferred
  • Experience with digital analytics tools, digital marketing and technologies preferred
  • Experience with statistical analyses and modeling, including media mix modeling preferred
  • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations preferred
  • Experience with data visualization and story-telling preferred
