    The Trade Show Specialist will work closely with Sales and Business development leadership teams for multiple lines of business to develop, plan and execute trade shows, conferences and corporate events. This position will play a key role in implementing the marketing strategy and overseeing logistical planning of large national trade shows, as well as supporting smaller trade shows and sponsorship events. This position will also be responsible for ensuring events are successful and cost-effective, paying close attention to budget and time constraints.

    • Collaborate with department stakeholders to develop overall strategy for trade shows and events to increase awareness and drive engagement for Enterprise Holdings products and services; work with the marketing department to understand and craft the business development message for each show.
    • Plan and manage the exhibit space logistics including carpet, electrical, furniture, material handling, Internet, signage, design of booth layout, product displays, on-site support, promotional materials, and labor; independently resolve on-site changes and logistical issues.
    • Participate in the planning of pre-event promotions; perform post show follow-up and show closeout activities; assess and determine return on investment and provide recommendations on future trade show participation
    • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers; handle sponsorship contracts and invoices and order forms for services; collaborate on project work with outside vendors
    • Manage trade show budgets, including tracking and reporting through pre-planning, on-site changes and post-event reconciliation within the month of show close
    • Establish and track project timeliness and deliverables, organizing calls with stakeholders to provide project deliverable and budget updates
    • For larger events, travel on-site to initiate installation of the exhibit and stay during the run of show, managing booth traffic and ensuring show success; complete booth dismantles and packing of boxes to ensure items are shipped properly at the close of show; work with show decorator to ensure material handling.

    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Four years experience in event project management or tradeshow production required
    • Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) certification preferred
    • Intermediate working knowledge of Excel
    • Apart from religious observations, must be able to work Monday-Friday including some weekends.
    • Must be willing to accept starting pay of $47,200/year commensurate on experience. 
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
    • Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
