    Our Wisconsin state headquarters has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Rental Administrative Representative. The Rental Administrative Representative will be responsible for developing and enhancing relationships with branch employees and customers. The primary focus of this position will be supporting assigned branches through administrative functions, such as managing the callback process, handling pended tickets, and reducing AR risk.  This position will provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers predominantly via the phone.  Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

     

    The ideal candidate must have a proven successful background in customer service, strong written and verbal communication skills, teamwork, independent thinking, keen problem solving and organizational skills, as there are many moving pieces involved in this position.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Develop relationships with assigned branches and accounts
    • Perform body shop, dealership, last day, rewrites, customer callbacks for assigned branches
    • Audit branch underwriting
    • Research and close branch pended contracts
    • Responsible for all accounts receivable collections and adjustments for assigned branches
    • Market to bodyshop/dealer AP departments to ensure timely collection of receivables
    • Partner with call center and In House teams to ensure AR is kept clean and callbacks are up to date
    • Additional responsibilities based on program evolution

    Qualifications

    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required, some college education preferred.
    • Minimum 1 year experience handling basic customer service and office administration functions.
    • A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required.
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
    • Apart from religious observations, must be available to work 42.5hrs/week Monday - Friday.
