The Vehicle Services team is responsible for building and maintaining the services and vehicle data that comprise the fleet of cars within Enterprise Holdings. As a Lead Business Analyst on this team, you will work with them to enforce the full lifecycle of the vehicle from the time our cars are ordered to when they are finally sold as used vehicles. The team interacts closely and supports the suite of Vehicle Management client applications that the business uses to interact with the Vehicle lifecycle. The Vehicle Services teams also works closely with many different rental client teams such as tablets, kiosks, mobile applications and rental application systems to rent, track and maintain our fleet. In the next fiscal year, there will be several new initiatives that will focus on simplifying our vehicle solution as well as continuing to expand the mobile solutions needed to maintain our fleet.
The Lead Business Analyst will play a key role in shaping product design by leading the gathering of requirements on concept development, resolving issues, performing gap and risk analysis and delivering detailed development documentation to support Agile product development. The Lead Business Analyst will also be responsible for leading other Business Analysts and collaborating with them on a daily basis.
As a Lead Business Analyst in the Vehicle Services team, you will serve as the primary interface between the business, client software teams, product owners, software engineers and QA testers to implement new functionality and modifications in various Vehicle Services Products. You will play a leading role in in shaping product design by gathering, interpreting, reviewing, validating, documenting, and maintaining business and functional requirements across all our products to support the Agile product development. This will also include using SQL to perform gap and risk analysis to support our products. You will also be responsible for participating and leading the Agile ceremonies in a SCRUM Master role. You will present information, track and respond to client questions as they interact with our services. You will be responsible for demonstrating your leadership capabilities in meeting facilitation, collaborating, conflict resolution and obtaining your desired results from team members.
